Telstra Best of Business Awards
Tasked with updating the Awards Hub, where both judges and participants interact with the program to get new information, complete tasks and undergo educational workshops.
Telstra Best of Business Awards were created to celebrate Australia's best small and medium-sized businesses.
Over the course of a calendar year, our team meticulously executed iterative improvements to the user interface (UI) of the program. Operating within the framework of agile sprints, we systematically implemented changes and updates aimed at enhancing the program's adherence to WCAG accreditations as part of Telstra's accessibility mandates.
With a keen focus on user experience (UX), we addressed areas of the program that underwent modifications due to evolving customer experience (CX) requirements. Incorporating invaluable user feedback, we strategically refined various aspects of the interface to streamline user journeys, resulting in reduced drop-off rates and heightened user satisfaction.
Furthermore, we undertook a comprehensive rebranding effort to harmonize the program's visual identity with Telstra's overarching brand aesthetic. This involved a meticulous overhaul to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
Our project encompassed the management of an extensive UI framework, comprising over 300 dashboards optimised for both mobile and desktop platforms. This vast ecosystem is supported by a meticulously curated library housing hundreds of reusable components, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design implementation across the program.
The experience has complex user flows depending on range of information and inputs.
